The back rooms are a liminal space, a labyrinth of empty windowless office floors no longer furnished and slightly damp yellow carpeting. The hum of fading and flickering fluorescent overhead lighting is the only sound to be heard. This extends, seemingly infinitely, in all directions. You fear that you are completely alone here—or worse, that you are not exactly alone here.
*picks up a flashlight and throws it at you* “eat um flashlight”
