Uh... hate to tell you, but if your RD changes then you don't get all those points back.
One time I lost my 2nd or 3rd daily game to a cheater, so my rating went down 200 points. Then I won 10 games before they refunded me and I only got something like 20 points back.

When you play 3|0 you don't really have that problem (although it's not impossible).
