We hold these values in our hearts that each and everyone of you OTFers are created equal, and that you are endowed with the rights to free posts, a determination to have fun, and the site needed to do it. It is a shared belief that when a site becomes too destructive and authoritarian, that its users will rise up and leave it. Chess.com moderation has had a notorious history of repeated injustices against the users of OTF.

 Recognizing the locks of innocent threads.

 Recognizing the repeated mutes of innocent users.

 Recognizing the failure of the filter to distinguish between the 

innocent and the guilty.

 Recognizing the failure to take action against repeated trolls.

 Recognizing the displeasure of the populace.

 Recognizing the locking and quelling of any questioning of their 

decisions.

Recognizing the constant fear inspired by these acts.

In every stage of the oppression, we have been humble and pleading, being revoked each time. We have doubtless appealed to them, and been rebuked. We, therefore, have no other option to continue to suffer under the weight of this injustice, this maltreatment, or to peacefully separate from Chess.com and seek liberty and our own fate.

 We, the United Users of OTF, are dissolved of any connection to Chess.com,to have full control of our own future, free from the tyranny of the main site. The denial of this exclamation shall be met with arms. An armed militia of free OTF citizens, are then given allowance to meet Chess.com forces with armaments of choice.

Hereby recognizes OTF as its own independent site, free from the despotism of Chess.com, in this Exclamation of Liberty.

SIC SEMPRE TYRANNIS! VIVA LA OTF!

And any Chess.com Loyalists will be booted off their threads and their property taken
