Well i've always been a thin person and I've never taken kilos. I am a body rubble after all. This morning at the gym the gym monitor has told me that following diet + rest + gym possibly in a couple of years take a few kilos between 5 and 10. However I would like to look good and be strong this summer. So the ma has said that I set a healthy cycle, referring to healthy I guess it is less harmful cause until what I understand there is no good. The price is around 1500 euro. The truth is that I am a little afraid of this subject however the gym has given me the approval and is waiting for him to give the OK. What would you do? I also do not want to get too strong just to be with a good body for the summer to call more

Your monitor is an idiot. 

 

First of all, even if you are an ectomorph (A very skinny person who has a very hard time gaining kilos) you don't need 2 years to gain 5 or 10 kilos. 1 kilo per month is a very very realistic goal (Even 2 kilos per month). 

 

Instead of throwing away 1500 on a garbage that will make you look a little bit better TEMPORARILY and that may cause you health problems, use that money to go to a nutritionist and to buy food because you need to eat A LOT. 

Eating is the key, if you don't eat enough then do not even go to the Gym because it would be an absolute waste of time. You will never have gains if you don't have a good diet. 

 

Stop looking for an easy way, concentrate on the process and not on the result. You still have 9 months until the next summer and you can get very good results in that time. You can get those 10 kilos naturally. EAT a lot, workout and rest. And be very consistent, because what you gained in 10 days you can lose it in 2 if you stop eating well.
