I think this is a dumb take. Your the one that’s separating the “groups” of otf. for all I know, no one says there are different “groups” and you haven’t even been here that long. Just my opinion

No its true? Im not "separating" Im just acknowledging it insted of ignoreing it. Ive been here for tree monuts and ntbr but OTF doesnt have alot to it. Ive seen all of it. You dint have to like it you just have to see it and the problum
Its well knowen that where a tight nit comutity Everyone knows everyone. However the amoumet of people leaving or going inactive is a serous Problum. My dear friend John hopper was the final breaking ponit. These long breaks from otf or some members leaving for the summer, school year, etc is also a proublem. And im not saying that its bad to leave OTF we all have a unquie life of are own. Its just a probulm when we have a little less then 100 active members.
And theres also a big spilt between OTF members witch factors Into this big probulm . Lets take a look shall we?
- The OTFAN otfer - Active in OTFAN ovy - Only once an a while goes into other therds ( not by other OTFAN members) - Active almost everyday
- The "friend" - Again in the name probly a friend of an OTF member - Only interacts with the friend or friends of the member therds - Online rarly
-The newby - Active on first day to a week - Nomally stays a day up to a week - Online never after
- The OTFER - Online weekly - Intracts with spam therds happily - Stays for mouths and vainishes
- The cluber - Active daily - Talks alot - Only in clubs or dms- Nomaly an online dater

We can clearly see the problum and wed all be lying if we said we didnt fit into one. And this is a serous problum! These groups almost never cross paths and it takes weeks to change.. But dosent have to!
We need to start actly like a coumnity not like groups. I want otf to work in hamorly always a new member new active therds daily! And yet we all want this and it barly happens i feel as an couminty we need to work thought the problum of why Otf members stay in one group and leave OTF so often. Why new members join and leave so often! I dont want a " well blah blah blah duh " or one sentence. I want tpo have a disction.
