19.2 m/s
The speed recorded for the roundhouse kick was 19.2 m/s as compared to that of Side and Spin kick which were 10.3 m/s and 10.4 m/s respectively (Sung, Lee, & Joo, 1987). The force of the roundhouse kick was 2.7 times and 2.9 times more than that of the side kick and spin kick respectively.
