just wait till you get even older
Things don't taste the same...
Beer started tasting good (though that happened a little before 23). Like ... much too good (Especially if you live in a country where Beer is not only good, but also cheap, like mine). Some vegetables that would make me almost puke (like, literally!) when I was younger, don't taste half bad nowadays.
Though I wouldn't say dramatically. More like gradually.
I've only noticed that candy (and other sugary stuff) doesn't taste as good anymore as before. I still like it but it's not as great as it used to be
in what way is it not as good? In one instance I thought my tastes were just maturing, but it just turned out that the manufacturer changed his formula during the two years I went without his product :).
I know you folks won't believe it, but there are some really great microbreweries in the town I live in.
Also very cheap :).

Has anyone else noticed their sense of taste changing dramatically as they've gotten older? I'm only 23, and I've started to notice it changing sharply. I can't eat desserts much these days (especially rich candy bars), and I really like certain flavors I used to detest.
I can tell that it's not that I've just begun to enjoy black coffee, it's that it absolutely tastes different. I don't notice the bitter hints to it at all. I also love beer. Not just any beer, but the really intense complex stuff (like a good pale ale).
I know it's a common phenomenon, so which changes have you guys noticed in your sense of taste?
