I tried making an alt with my other email and when I entered my details it said that I already had an account even though i never made one with that email and when I tried to log in it said my account was disabled and then when I tried to create an account with my phone number it said error. to add to this i am still phantom muted and cannot comment on any forums. not even my own. chess.com is getting more crappier by the day.
You can be phantom muted for awhile, you’ll just have to wait it out.
What is phantom muting. Only ever seen people complain.
#3 c.c added this thing for app users where if you post too much you get phantom muted and you can’t post. But you can still DM and make threads and all your previous posts are still there.
So how much posting would you say would get you phantom muted. I’ve been quite active today

They probably just have skill issues
