i would think issues against mods must be strictly for staff to decide.

When I was a mod I wouldn't edit another mod's comments unless it was particularly egregious. I would refer the situation to staff instead.

the thing about forums thats great is when you read some of the most hilarious posts ,
so many funny one liners , but they happened in threads where someone would go left someone would go right , and then theyd get locked
an ex member i really liked compiled as many as poss of threads that were funny , provoked thought , etc before they got locked and los to us forever
that thread got locked

This thread was started to expose the bias of Staff, mods and owner of this site. It's been fairly easy really as the rule breakers concerning abuse are allowed free rein to say whatever they want.
They (Staff) continue to demonstrate how they're more than happy to accommodate the racists and abusers. All those who visit the site who aren't white anglo-saxon protestants should be aware that the site is owned and run by these characters; they think that racial abuse, sexism, xenophobia and religious hatred are perfectly fine, demonstrated on many occasions.

Check out 'International Womens Day' Martin. Not only did Riker start the political chat but refused to comment on one of the rt-wing abusive ranters. They're funny in a way, unable to have dialogue without turning purple, but rule breakers nevertheless and Commander Riker makes no mention on this but threatens everyone else not to make a political comment.
Once again, a perfect example of the bias that doesn't allow civil discussion on a political point, but does allow rt wing zealots to make abusive political accusations. And of course, there for all to see; the very reason that this thread is running to expose these people. Site rules should state that, 'Offensive rt-wingers are free to say what they want but it's not allowed to contradict them'.
It's so obvious.
I did, shortly after seeing your post, and unless something was removed, the first mentions of a political figure were not political in nature. That is not against the rules as far as I'm aware.
Edit: the last part of his first post could be considered political. A passing comment or two is often ignored as long as it isn't too bad. Same goes with some other topics. Now page two has a very questionable post
