Be mindful... and bend over for a swift kick on your way out.
Take your imagined problems elsewhere. There are no problems here.
oh BTW .. your choice to not solve your problems is the right one tom. They are imagined.
I'll make it simple. Imagined problems don't exist. By definition there can be no solution. But here is the conundrum.
It is a problem to imagine problems. Solve that.
Off-topic - Recognizing, that a signifigant % of All people, tend to become, periodically obsessed, with 1 'Topic' Only! 0: ..{even worse, would be - nearly Always, 'tunnel vision' focused!}.
I.e. 'Full episodes' of "Jeopardy" {tv quiz show}, on "YouTube." -- Not, that it's 'god-send' info - But, it Should keep anyone so inclined, 'busy' for maybe, 36 hours, 'interrupted'! lol ..

Some questions
Would you use a: Linux Distro or *BSD ?

Do you look into the future and see historians writing about the 2016 U.S election and all the memes that sprung from it ?
Do you believe automation will replace all social-lowskill jobs, and that artifical government wage increases will just give more incentive to do it ?
What about high-level social jobs, like writing speeches and layer paperwork
What's your political leaning ?
Make a move on our game.
I'll bite, too.
1. I have no experience with BSD and very little with Linux. The only distribution I've used is Ubuntu.
2. It's annoying, but it's one hundred times worse if it's due to intellectual laziness on their part.
3. Historians will write about it like they will about everything. Memes and internet culture are a prominent and undeniable facet of society now and so will certainly be included.
4. I believe automation will eventually replace most of these jobs, and that if this process is gradual, it is at best a good thing and at worst a neutral part of societal evolution.
5. Eventually, some of that, too, probably.
6. I never have any idea where to place myself. I think the free market is a wonderful thing when brought to its full potential by lean and purposeful government regulation intent on maximizing fairness and opportunity. I support a government social support network that helps people find their footing and lets them go when they do, not leaving them trapped in it. I think we ought to pursue a leadership role in the world and ought to capitalize on our soft power, working cooperatively to encourage others to follow our lead, not strong-arm them into letting us have our way. I think freedom of speech and information and being an open society are of paramount importance.

Hey Tom, do you think a lengthy James Joyce quote from the 'finnegans wake' would seem to be out of place here? :D

I've thought that we recognise when we believe in god that love is beautiful and worthwhile and also maybe that love exists too .
I don't mean love as in between lovers more love as in I'm willing to sacrifice , willing to go that extra mile , willing to do whatever it takes for you . Because I love you . I care about you . You know ?

I like that . I'll just be me and see what happens and I invite you and everyone else to do the same .

You are this , you are that . Sifted . We even assume through religion that this will happen at death .
And yet we all have needs . We all care about people . Care if we upset people . Healthy minded people anyway .

The danger is though that in failing to make the cut , society as well as ourselves deem us as not worthwhile .
You do something to help me or you're nothing . Worthless . It's not a healthy viewpoint . Not healthy to value some above others .
The truth is we all matter . We all have needs and we all care . Healthy people anyway and those that aren't need help .

For myself - Now that I've given it conscious thought - I'm both intrigued and even baffled {if you will}.. that 'Tom' feels an abiding and quite noticeable, existential Love, for virtually Everything - Given that, you're {or 'he'.. as in, inviting others to volunteer their 'take'!?
Ergo - If one repeatedly states their 'Non-belief' the supernatural realm, {including a 'God'} .. Does that conceivably mean, that He {'JC'} passes on a Major attribute of His character, unbeknownst to select people?!
.. Well, I suppose, there's Always people like the "Dalai Lama".. {plus those who preceded him}... Whom, as I understand it - Only acknowledge an impersonal Force, of Supreme 'Order'! ..{well, in that case.. Maybe a 'precedent'.. Was not.. and is currently, Not being Set! 0: ..{others, are welcome to 'chime in'}. Ps. pardon, by 'surface' narrow-mindedness.

I'm going to be aware a bit and see what I learn .
It's like there's nothing for a bit . Just awareness . No thought , no feeling .
Then a problem conceived , a problem solved .
Then emotion. A swell of emotion . A powerful energy . Love

If it's true though that within all life is love then perhaps Jesus symbolises the truth of what life is .
