Theres no riddle here. If you say check and he and he moves the wrong piece or doesn't get out of check or sayd no where or says he doesn't see it. What to "do"?

They have to move out of check, or capture the piece giving check.  In speed chess moving the wrong piece can forfeit the game.

You dont win, you or the TD let the opponent know that they have to make a legal move.

I dont know how often, but it does happen.  Last year i beat a 2100+ player because he was in check, and made a move that didnt get him out of check.

If you play on illegally with a check or from removing a pin that leads to check, but neither player notices for several moves what is the correct procedure in official rules?

I remember this happening in one of my games a long time back where I'd got to a winning position but we had to undo those moves and go back to the first legal position (and I lost).
