after some digging that charge has been dropped, but for false accusations, that charge is sustained, becasue i was giving honest opinions as was mrguy888 whom i lost a brilliantly tactical game to

First of all, I would like to apoligize to all about charge 1 (That is, of course, assuming I was right all along). I didn't think that those were legit opinions. About charge 2, the reason why I banned you was because I thought you were hijackers. To be continued.
