I agree with you Dowdy. Do you suggest that I am the op and I am a genuine Troller? If that is so then I shall say that I am no such thing at all. I created this forum to try to end the use of trolling a little bit at a time.

However, if you are not referring to me then I do not take umbrage to that comment.

Then, I was suggesting, merely for argument's sake, that even if those people who think you might be trolling were correct, that the result of the "trolling" was a lovely heartfelt thread that brought out the best in most of the posters. :)

I actually for once have no response at all. I do not know how to respond to that one. I have no comment at all actually :P.

Ok, i have to speak the truth here. I never read a conversation as pathetic as this one. It makes a mockery of every man on the planet. If this thread brought out the best of the posters, then i have to join the wiener sanger knaben, sell my motorbike and sleep in the basket of the dog if she does not kick me out.

I think you'd need a time machine in order to go to a disco. Didn't those die off like 30+ years ago? Now days I think you gotta go to a karaoke night. Not poking fun at it, just saying, haven't heard disco mentioned as currently existing.

I agree as I can relate to your experience with trolling - the only seemingly effective means of dealing with these trolls - is to NEVER respond to them - when they get no response - they seem to get bored. 

In my experience - as with receiving spam in my email box - when you block these people - it only tells them they are hitting thier mark and then they will not stop - just simply deleting their remarks without blocking them leaves them wondering if anyone saw their comments or that they even care.....works for me most of the time.  

I am disappointed. My purpose of making this forum was to not bring trollers in so that they may start making comments directed at others in my forum or myself being the OP. I take great umbrage in being described as a so called "Genuine Troller". I say this to any trollers who make their way into my forum. I will not allow anymore comments to be posted as such and if anyone does post them, they will be blocked and banned from my forums. That goes for anyone who decides to make disrespectful comments towards me or any of my friends or fellow chess players. Those are my rules. Respect them or get out my forum. I will not stand here and have trollers being rude to my friends and fellow commenters. I will not stand to have trolling be here any longer.

Thank you kay. I will be leaving for a while but I don't know when. I need some people who are a part of this forum to hold the fort down for me while I am gone. Kay. Will you take charge of this forum when I leave. I need you and some others like Sharon I can trust to keep an eye on things until I can return. You don't have to monitor all of the comments, just make sure no trollers try to do anything. When I return, I will make certain that nothing happens again.

If I do find any trollers on this forum, they will be immediately banned and blocked from my forums. If they don't like it then they can just get out.

I am glad to see we haven't had much trouble on this forum recently. Let's get back into the swing of things. During my time off, I saw many different cases of trolling. Most of them were attacks via phone calls and harrassment which I am a victim of. I am truly getting tired of trollers XD lol.
