wait... how can you answer if it BREAKS but never falls, and if it falls but NEVER BREAKS?

It's not nothing. It's a two-part answer. The two things are very closely related. The first falls but never breaks, the second breaks but never falls.

i dont think so, because of the falling part. second could be Earth? or the first could be value.
