Dear Bobby,
Had similiar problem with ad showing up at the end of the game. Thought is might be a chess.com feature and as a paid member I was pissed. Unfortunately I was WRONG! Orginally thought it might be malware, but after going thru several screening and speaking with techs, the problems is that when you download anything, some apps piggyback and these are in your browser. Chances are that it your browser that need a cleanup and get rid of any extensions or apps that are "ad promo" types.
