Sure. Sweden invades Scania, managing to recapture a small piece of land in the north, but a united Danish and Polish-Lithuanian force holds the line. Meanwhile, seeing Sweden’s overhostility against Denmark, some Norwegian officials begin denouncing the Swedish alliance on the principle that its Emperor may forcefully drag Denmark into a war it is not prepared for on grounds of alliance, particularly in the now-prosperous Northland.

Sure, you can be a noble for Norway. You can still try to attack and make policy, but the King can overrule you (when he’s online). On the other hand, if the King has policies you don’t agree with and hardlines on them too hard, you can try to start a revolt and establish your own country, if you have the commoner’s support.

Pirates begin plundering Danish and Norwegian shipping, from a base in Iceland. They begin kidnapping Norway’s navy and merchant-ships, threatening to cripple Norway’s economy if the problem is unaddressed. Norwegian nobles begin demanding war with Iceland, to defeat the pirates. Meanwhile, some Danish generals desire a reconquest of Norway.
