1.  Fair Play & Integrity

Zero Tolerance for Cheating: Using chess engines, bots, or any external assistance is strictly forbidden. Any member banned by Chess.com for fair play violations will be permanently removed from the club.

Sportsmanship: Be humble in victory and graceful in defeat. Respecting your opponent is the core of the Phoenix spirit.

2.  Respect & Community Atmosphere

Clean Language: Profanity, insults, hate speech, or provocative behavior in the club chat, forums, and match notes will not be tolerated.

No Politics/Religion: Keep the conversations focused on chess, learning, and mutual respect. Do not bring personal or political debates into the club space.

3.  Club Matches & Tournament Participation

Active Engagement: To push _WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS_ to the top, members are highly encouraged to participate in our Daily Matches, Live Tournaments, and Club Leagues.

No Timeouts: Letting your daily match timer expire (timeout) hurts our team's overall score. Please manage your time carefully or use vacation mode if necessary.

4.  No Advertising or Spam

Promoting other clubs, sharing unauthorized links, or flooding/spamming the chat and forum boards is strictly prohibited.

5.  Administration & Leadership

Please respect and follow the guidance of our Owners, Co-Owners, and Admins. If you encounter any issues or conflicts within the club, reach out directly to a staff member.
