If you look at people like @Herakles, it has the red mark, but says "account closed" in gray.
In the older versions of chess.com, if you self-closed your account, it would have a red symbol but gray letters.
I guess either something happened which glitched or Yal told chess.com to close it on purpose(but didn't self close)
