Interesting about religion vs spirituality

People with religious views have massive differences of opinions on the whole gender and sexuality factor .

My interest primarily right now is whether or not free will is a religion . A supernatural belief .

I expect so . Seems to me that people that consider themselves to be oh so free from religion aren't at all.

They hold there is no god but that they themselves are god ! They control the universe .

Interesting . I don't find that . I find mapping helpful .

Like that idea of leaving a trail of string behind you

There can be no map whatsoever to something which is changing as we speak...

Right . I take your point though I know many would disagree Troy .

I don't see how can anyone disagree, even verbally, that there can be no map to a moving 'target'.

They disagree because they believe that the mind follows a pattern . I've found that too Troy .

I can accept though that as there is no self there can be no true will for peace within oneself .

We have no will of our own .

They includes you, as well, Tom, sorry to say it. You agree that a map cannot follow something which is in constant movement, yet elsewhere you say a map is essential to you. Your agreement means very little, from your own vantage point.
