hey guys for some reason power went out in my apartment and a minute later it came back on and thats weird because nothing is wrong with the weather anyone in hsinchu taiwan having this problem???????

It's happened before in my apartment complex. But it was for a longer time than a minute (about 30 minutes). I called the electric company here during the outage (in the Los Angeles area) and they explained that it was due to a signal light outage nearby. However, in your case, I think the electric company in your area may have another reason. But I suggest you call them and they should be able to tell you why this happened.

Just out of curiosity, if you don't speak the language where you live, may I ask how you communicate with people there?

Also, surely there must be someone in a big company as the electric company who can interpret for you; or perhaps you can get a Chinese-speaking friend who can call for you.

Also, transformers can go out periodically. Most often from lightning strikes, but it can also happen during hot weather when electrical loads are high.
