But blocking is the first line of defense against trolling people whether in public forums or in club forums or in PM's. Or people doing trolling in games somehow. It happens a lot.
People who troll in clubs go crazy when they're blocked.
And some other people help them too. Wrongly.

Remember to take shelter by reporting, blocking and ignoring when you see the search lights and hear sirens.

Whether 'mods' or staff.
The mods are unpaid volunteers.
Some of them are new and don't know some things.
Like the longterm histories of some of the worst people.
Histories with the staff. And with other moderators.
Not all of those 'worst' change their usernames.
Not all have extra accounts.
