what does “ in before the lock mean”?

I’ve seen people say this but idk what it means can someone pls tell me I’m so confused.
People say this when they know the forum is probably going to get locked by a mod and just say that they were there before that as a joke

when there is a discussion about a topic that chess.com doesnt want you talking about, most commonly politics. in before the lock is just claiming you were here before the forum is locked

When somebody posts a lockable topic, they will comment #inbeforethelock before a moderator turns up. It can actually be quite helpful for me to determine if a post actually needs to be locked based on community reactions. 
xD see the lesbian thread where there were homophobic remarks ? Post 3 i made a quality preshot, it was obvious it would be locked

What’s with all this abbreviation of a word , is it too difficult to type the word full out . It saves a lot of guess work for those people who are reading the message ! 🤷♂️
