What happened to Elroch's threads?

What gives? Muted?

I don't really know the guy and never posted in any of his threads. But just skimming some of his posts in the past, I've never noticed anything even remotely shady, and I've never seen anyone say a bad thing about him.

Maybe his perfect personality was due to "holding it all in" all these years, and he finally exploded? ;-) (just kidding)

These autobots do have me wondering about one thing. About a week ago, I was making a post - I clicked the mouse to post the text, and just then my browser froze up and I lost connection to the site. So I sat there a few seconds, then I stupidly refreshed the browser. Immediately, I got the "red banner of shame" - something about trying to post the same thing too many times - I guess it's an anti-spamming thing. Well, nothing happened, and my post was accepted.

Now, a few days ago, I made a post and got the same red banner. Now, I *know* that I only clicked my mouse once - My browser didn't freeze, everything was working perfectly, but I got the red banner anyway. Did my mouse malfunction and somehow register a double click? Idk.

But my question is, if this keeps happening to me, will I get muted after 3, 4, or 5 times of this insanity? (Rhetorical question, I know, haha...)

Whatever happened I sure hope it is very short-term, even disagreeing with him he always gave me something to think about.
