the IOS is a launcher (not an OS, more like a theme) that was prviously on google play, but taken off, it cannot be upgraded, I could legitly put IOS 7 on a Galaxy Y, but mine is a galaxy s4. The mac is legit, it is sill the same OS as it had, just really modified (main difference is the dock and icons) using an app using an app called CandyBar, if you legitly find a way to put iOS 7 or 8 on a galaxy s4 or put Mavericks on a PowerPC Mac (10 years old processor by IBM, and the new OS is written in intel binary), feel free to share ;)
