You want to know about power?  Real power?  Real ultimate power?

Real power is the real component of the complex power.

Real power is not ever having to equate yourself with power.

Power, also known as electricity, is the flow of electrons. Tongue out

Ninjas! Gotta love that site.

ivandh, that is actually current, which is due to electric potential. Power is work over time, and work is force over distance, so that would make power equal to force over distance-time

Work is Force times Distance.  The SI unit of work is the Joule (energy) or N*m, or kg*m²/s².  The SI unit of power is the Watt or J/s or kg*m²/s³.
