But(Correct me if i'm wrong), isn't infinity not really a number? Isn't it just a concept, so you can't really do basic operations with it?

It should be infinity because infinity-infinity is infinity, infinity X infinity is infinity.
It says “infinity to the power of zero is equal to one.”
