It is basically a huge site where there are thousands of flash games, animations, and other flash based products. It also has an Audio Portal as well as an Art portal. It's fun to go to and I recommend you take a look.
Newgrounds is fun if you want to watch some flash movies, and flash games. I know the art and audio is there, but I don't bother with it. One of the weirder flash moves is here:
