What's best move for...

Hello. I have met somebody and we were trying to find best move for our life. He has become president of the United States and I have become billionaire in dollars. But my money has been stolen by a criminal group. They have erased the proof of the robbery in the bank (physically and informaticaly), and the policemen are with them (they probably have given money to the policemen). What can I do? The president that I have met doesn't want to help me, and the officials from my country does not want to help me. What is the best move to have back my billions of dollars? Thank you so much.
