Whats your favorite movie?

My friend is really into movies, and when I go over his apartment a few hour drive away, he always shows me a great classic movie. I will ask him what he thinks of it and maybe I can rent it sometime. I never heard of David Lynch, but I guess he's a totally different genre than Woody Allen. Anyway I like the shot of the Brooklyn bridge.

The Hunt for Red October,
Lawrence of Arabia,
but best of all... Muppet Treasure Island and The Pirates of Penzance.

Manhattan
Manhattan, great pic you have there, wonderful. Thanks. Makes me want to see the movie. but, Jesus Christmas you have an ugly face there. Are you sure that's what you want as a profile pic?
THIS FROM SOMEONE WHO HASN'T POSTED A PIC AT ALL?!!!!!!

Yep that is a good one. Wyatt Erap was another good one with Costner.

With or without studded gloves?
"Seriously? You nearly had me there, you joker you!"
Yes I am being serious; I can't get enough of that film! I've seen it upwards of ten times. Rom-coms with Hugh Grant and Colin Firth are the best. Don't let my outfit fool you:).

ok, my 3 pence worth, aliens (thats no.2)
and two classics, battle of britain
ice cold in alex ...... this is why i drink carlsberg

I realy don't know... i guess I'm more a series man, i think that movies don't have enough time to create the tense and feelings that series make because it's comes again and again... But most of the serieses (is it like that?) the problem is the second line that added, and third and much more every episode...
Right now my favorite series is "Heroes"... It don't have to many lines, but the main line there is impressivly strech in a lot of directions that end in the same place..

He made Twin Peaks, Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive, Wild At Heart etc... (unfortunately, He also made that awful Dune movie)
