A fast meaning; Xumi is a person that is a troll, it seeks for attention and create unexpected dramas, most of the time the xumi will just back down after a valid point, some will just be so dedicated to target it's victim.
Now this forum isn't about defining "xumi", we are talking about where it originated from.
From Google search "who is Xumi" here's the results "except from the chess.com results.
Now from the meaning of xumi, it targets the internet which targets all websites, it just not that popular for other websites as it has not been so trendy and has not created a ground for the chess.com mods to permanently remove them, yes they do ban people, but often the xumis will create alot of Accounts. But the search i found is that
Alright with the text I just highlighted in the image, u can clearly see the good side of the xumi which is good, normal and perfect. Translating it in Somalia will translate to "bad" in English, that's just generally, we do know that xumi has cyberbullying and cyberbullying is "bad". So maybe people find this a great way to counter these trolls, and they started definitions for it, creating Anti Xumi clubs in dreams of spread the bad stuff xumis did. It did attract hundreds but I think alot of people is still in this act to against xumi, they just doesn't want to be listed in the xumi's targets by joining the anti xumi clubs which is reasonable.
So maybe this Somalian word is the ancestor of the word xumi we know today!
