I don't think he was calling all non-christians blasphemous. He was just making a special mention of those who are.
he most likely meant those who go out of there way to make fun of the religion

Greetings, all. Most solemn greetings, indeed; for I regret to inform you all that I will likely be leaving for a time soon.
And, no, this is not due to my school going out soon. It's the school itself, restricting my use of computers are my parent's command.
Anyhow, I assume that I must say my final remarks.
First, do not fret; I shall return, as I always do, in due time. My visits will be brief, but make every moment count.
Secondarily, concerning the Union which I hold so dear. Comrade Desert (@DesertOrder), I ask that you lead my nation with the vision that I have for it, which I know you share. Keep us strong, and don't let Vizeism be corrupted. Long live our nation, the great Union of Soviet Vizeist Republics! I trust that you are up for this task.
Draconia, my dearest project on this site, will unfortunately be put on the back-burner for now. World IV had ground to a halt, but perhaps one day it will resume; we still have much work to do in any sense.
To my newest club, a haven for those persecuted Christians here; Marie (@cmariedj), recruit more of us in the way that fits best. Don't let Satan tempt us into sin; we must hold strong. I know and trust you, so you are the perfect one to continue this work. Keep out the blasphemers and heretics, and keep our faith strong.
To my friends and Comrades everywhere; this is farewell, for now. I shall return as often as possible, perhaps until the year comes to a close; but even then, I shall return next year.
