That’s why he said become a mod and resolve those issues yourself instead of bumping so many cheating threads just to move the masses

The word cheating in a topic/post does not mean the topic is about cheating. Often it's a question about rules or a misunderstanding. So, yes, not all the topics where you find the term will be locked. How it's handled may also depend on the specific context of the topic if it leans to cheating discussion or may be considered borderline.

I think it’s cause they locked his thread about how a pedophile at a car dealership made his bosses 16 year old daughter go into pregnancy
Or maybe cause he got all his other accounts muted and banned for harassing almost everyone in sight. Especially woolly and pegusu.
Or one of his countless threads asking for nudes that got locked too.
