There's a difference between being cruel and being realistic. When you reach the point where you are able to understand chess well enough to explain it to someone else, then you can start thinking about becoming a top blogger. I have looked at some of your blogs, and you do not really seem to understand the topics you are discussing. I am not trying to be mean; that is just how I see it. If you put a month or two into trying to understand chess better and then go over what you learned, I think you will have a good shot at becoming a top blogger. Alternatively, you could try to document your road to becoming a better player so that people can follow you on your journey. There is no reason you cannot become a top blogger if you do not work at it!
I agree with @SlowCynicalQuip's post, unless you are trying to be a "Top Blogger" about something other than chess. Lots of bloggers on here post other things of interest. One reason becoming a "Top Blogger" (by chess.com) is difficult is because of the quantity needed. You have to post a certain amount before you can even apply I believe.
Additionally, (if you are talking about chess) more people are inclined to listen if your rating is higher. It isn't about the number per se (even a 1500 player with enthusiasm could out-blog an 1800+ without the drive), but you should at least be able to convey the information in an enlightening way and you can't even convey accurate information at all if you don't understand the topic yourself. You don't have to be anywhere close to a GM (or even a titled chess player; although it wouldn't hurt), but you should at least have a solid foundation and rating wise in chess, that is at least 1500+ chess.com rating I'd say; perhaps even 1800+ or 2000+ would be better, but this is just my opinion.
If you really want to become a chess blogger, I say go for it! You can do it Just know that it won't necessarily be a simple journey. Remember the expression, "Rome wasn't built in a day."
