Why cant I play a 1500 in blitz?

even 1300, I beat anyone of any rating Ive played and when I have good days I can consistantly win playing similair rated players. It always places me with similair ratings. On a good day I have moved up 100 rating points it just seems like people hold on to there ratings by only playing similair rated opponents cause anyone can beat anyone. 

If you were really having those good days pretty often against the 900-1100 rated players you play, you would very quickly see your rating rise and soon be paired with 1500's.

Looking at your rating graph over the last year, it looks like you had as many bad days as good days.

Well you should play me a blitz game and see for yourself.
