The character Cell comes from the franchise Dragon Ball, created by Akira Toriyama, and it is relevant to state that he is often referred to as the 'complete' villain for various reasons, the first being his biological makeup. For starters, Cell is biologically engineered and constructed from the DNA and genetic material of the series' strongest fighters, which include Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, and Piccolo. And due to this, Cell has a lot of genetic variety and a variety of abilities which makes him dangerous. As he has the ability to absorb other beings and take different forms, including his Perfect Form, it reinforces the idea of evolution, which is the same concept most characters in the series have and continuously pursue power.
In terms of the storyline, Cell’s characterization can be seen as a representation of absolute perfection. His growth stages from being ‘just a Cell’ to the final stage Great Cell even focuses on a positive progression and how hard work always pays off – a universal value shown throughout the series. This story arc for Cell eventually leads him to an impressive finale where he fights the Z Fighters not just physically for supremacy but also morally as well while pushing their limits
In conclusion, I often see Cell determination and perfection as a guide to be a better myself (plz don't hate it took a while for me doing this)
