Order and disorder are arbitrary distinctions that only relate to the human perspective. They are meaningless in terms of natural phenomena.
The very fact that we can't say with certainty and are unable to be sure about it shows the limitation of human perspective though it doesn't need to necessarily be right every time
Why..... seriously why see from a worldly point of view when you would then always be off from what REALITY ever is? Were you to base your viewpoints from who actually created you IN HIS IMAGE AND LIKENESS then you'd perceive what's not seen physically, but Eternally.

A theory in science is something that is so well supported that it's pretty much a known fact. It is only listed as a theory because there is possible room for improvement.

I don't think you understand how evolution works, we are pretty far from our common ancestor with fish.
??? What??? Why would all species be able to interbreed? Why would a new species die out just because they can't interbreed with the old species? Are you acting like evolution happens overnight? No! It happens over many generations! Species change slowly and can still breed, keeping the genotypes and phenotypes which are being cherry picked with natural selection. Over time this results in a new species which sometimes can breed like donkeys and horses! Species do share a common ancestor and can recreate recreate life in a lab with the conditions of early earth, ever heard of the Miller-Urey's experiment?
