Why was he muted

I don't think TC is Chi-knees but he is a little sensitive

It looks like he's unmuted cuz u can see his profile and posts, but his posts are still gone. 

He must have triggered the muting somehow, it will all be worked out.

Yeah, it was weird, was able to private chat.

Also, Chess.com stated that the mute would last 37 days, then they went on to say 7 days, and then un-mute the account without reason after 2 and half days.

Wasn't for no reason probably. the user probably sent a ticket apologising or agreeing to follow the guidelines. Usually when you get muted, especially if it's a minor offence, chess.com usually tells u that u can be unmuted if you send an email saying you will follow the community guidelines. 

This is the user here, and I only asked if the account would be made un-muted, and then it happened and that was it.....

That's good, usually they resolve mutes as long as the member is co-operative.

Glad to hear that Troop. I was going to defend you by saying you are one of the most benign members here. Also (if I am not mistaken) the member who created the most incredible post on music with well over 100 videos. I think you broke the internet with that post, actually. 🙂
