Even if that happens for some reason, that too will be a paradox right? And what will happen to the ppl that disappear if the timeline disappear. This is a bigger paradox than the last one, so I don't think that is possible.

Tbh both have their paradox. Going back allows you to do things that would make your existence impossible, and going forward doesn't work because there's no true path that you would always end up on, so what decides what your future is like? Maybe you become a timeline where you did nothing for however many years, because after all you were time traveling. That to me makes the most sense over there being multiple timelines which would just create all sorts of paradoxes
I agree. The simple answer is that we don't know yet. The only form of time travelling we have discovered so far is time dilation.
