All humans should have rights.
Apart from being a generally intuited intrinsic good, human rights tend strongly towards making everyone in society happier and having more freedoms.
In other words, if all prople are granted rights everyone in that society benefits.
So, why do you think they shouldn't?

That was a useful way to do thing 1000 years ago, and it's definitely one valid way to structure a society.
But there are other ways, and modern society doesn't work that way. You'll (probably) discover this someday.
