world building

I really like world building, even tho I’m not that good at it. I thought we could try to build a small world together! I would select the theme Fantasy. Let’s try to build a fully detailed Map that could be in the front of a fantasy Book, like Eragons Worldmap or like Roshar, out of the stormlight archives. I’ll start with our first Civilisation:

The Dalwuq (pronounced Dalwuk)
They are built like Humans, about 2.2 Meters tall (I’m European, I don’t know how many foot that is, but it’s taller then an average human). There skin is a slightly blue coloured grey. They live in Colonies of up to 500 individuals. They live mostly stationary. They build there villages only at rivers or lakes because one of their primary food is fish and sweet algae. They are intelligent. In total there are about 6000 Dalwuqs (12 Dalwuq City’s/villages)

Now somebody else can define the size of the word, the terrain etc. I guess this thread dies soon, but I thought it’s worth a try
