Hey, Gdmar and John, want to make an alliance? Romania is pretty close by so we should probably ally and consolidate to push the zombies back. (The alliance, if it happens, is named the Balkan League.)

Also, I send $100K and 16K soldiers to Bulgaria to assist them with their war effort (under a lend-lease agreement, so once they clear out the zombies, they have to give an equal amount in return. If they deteriorate to the point they literally cannot fight on, their remaining territory is incorporated into my country as a partial compensation).
