As a former cancer patient, if a cancer patient is being an a__hole, and their behavior has nothing to do with their particular cancer (say, like brain cancer), then I think it’s perfectly fine to let them know when they’re being jerks. And fighting cancer IS brave BUT insulting someone into the ground is NOT brave!
