You take out the ladder and find the nearest vent, you use your screwdriver to remove the vent cover, and climb it. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, but you manage to fit in.

I bribe the bully with 10 staples from my stapler for him to knock the teacher out. I'm assuming as a bully he like pricking people with staples.
