For me, it’s being able to make a difference. If there is an outright troll, we can solve that problem pretty much immediately. I once managed to get a cheater banned from an Anna Cramling arena before the arena ended – that was amazing as well.
The moderator community is awesome too. Meeting up with fellow moderators at tournaments, and analyzing our games (without an engine), was always a highlight for me.

I had Blue, Yellow, and the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Watched the movie in a cinema with friends as one of my first cinema visits.
