I like the old time universal horror movies:
The Bride of Frankenstein
Frankenstein
Dracula (many versions including the original)
The Wolf Man
Although blood and gore do not bother me I don't like horror movies which have little else. I thought the original exorcist was pretty good.I like some modern day horror movies but the old ones i mentioned are my favorite.
Twilight- perhaps not a horror movie, but indeed a horrific one.

the scene with Delbert Grady gave me the shivers!
It's a solid list, but I especially like Se7en. It's a masterpiece. Highly recommended to anyone that missed it.
The remake of 'It' is pretty solid btw. I didn't find it scary, but it's a very good movie.
IT (2017) was awesome.

"The Changling " with George C Scott was good. .... . "Session 9" with David Carouso was decent . "The Shinning " was awesome , never gets old. One of Nicholson's best movies......another one is "The Thing" with Kurt Russell.
"The Thing", yes! It has awesome moments. And the ending is superb.

I remember when the original exorcist came out. My exwife and i were standing it a very long line. It was foggy.A number of jesus freaks were handing out some literature and right after we got inside they closed the doors behind us....It was the perfect setup to see the movie.
