One other thought... it would also be excellent if you could set your preferences on other game facets, like whether they're premium members, minimum games played, abandon rate, etc... the objective being, to make playing here as easy as possible. And convenient for those of us who are truly guilty of sloth.

We have two lists. A wish list and a to do list.
We currently work on things in the To Do list
A good idea gets added to the wish list.
As we complete fixes, features, updates on the To Do list, we move something from the wish list over to the To Do list.
A lot of members have wishes for new features, and sadly we can't do all of it at the same time no matter how much we'd like too. We don't have a timescale we can give on when/if your ideas will be implemented sorry, but they have been noted :)
As a commercial venture, I'm confident that there are some back-end facilities in-place for handling basic things like bug-tracking, feature enhancement requests, etc. However, as a commercial venture, revealing the information contained in such systems may reveal the ingredients in secret sauce, so to speak.
That said, as a regular user of chess.com, I would LOVE to have better insight about what's coming... even if they're Apple-esque tantalizers.

It would be REALLY nice if the "new game" shortcut on "My Home" pre-populated with the settings from the "Settings" page... I'm too lazy to toggle a drop-down and click a button.
