Glitch with puzzle maker

For one, there is no puzzle as there are no moves imputed.
I know that .... that is because it will not allow me to do the correct move... Please try on your computer ...
moves are 1. pawn behind white's king up 1 ... then white moves his knight ... than 2 rook next to king # ... please try to make that puzzle ...
It won't let me do any pawn moves at all
