I have been contacting for support for 3 days but I didn't get any reply.
I want to cancel my membership after I find out that you are charging for USD in stead of HKD please reply asap, and let me know if I can get the full refund.

How long ago did you request it? It can take a couple of days for them to reply to tickets, though most of the time it is faster. You should also verify that any e-mails weren't caught by your spam filters.

I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED A REFUND FOR THE AUTO-RENEWAL WHICH THEY HAVE DONE TODAY. THERE  WAS NOT EVEN A MESSAGE MAIL PRIOR TO AUTORENEWING THE DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP OF MY SON. TODAY ONLY MY PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP ENDS. BUT TODAY ITSELF THE AUTO-RENEWAL HAS RENEWED MY ACCOUNT FOR UPTO 2018. THE MOMENT I GOT THE SMS FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY I IMMEDIATELY SENT A SUPPORT TICKET TO THE CHESS.COM ADMIN REQUESTING A REFUND. HOPE I GET A REFUND.

No, refunds only happen if they are specifically requested.

 

Downgrading will extend your expiration. What happens is the Diamond balance will be applied to Gold. For example, if you had purchased one year Diamond and immediately changed to Gold, your expiration would be a little over three years in the future instead of one
