Tactics Trainer Analysis Board

Has anyone been able to use the analysis board for the Tactics Trainer?  Mine doesn't move for anything and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.  Thank you!

The Analysis Board in Tactics Trainer is working for me. I would recommend that you make sure to allow pop ups from Chess.com as the Analysis Board will come up in a new window when you click for the Analysis Board link.

Thank you, Patzer.  It comes up; it's just that I can't get anything to move!  The analysis boards for the games do; it's just the ones for the Tactics Trainer that don't.

Hey, I didn't even know there was an Analysis Board within Tactics Trainer!

Thanks a lot for the info!

Quite strange! Try hitting the "Control F5" keys to do a hard refresh or clear your web browser cache (http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0) as this usually helps with problems. Also, you should make sure you are on the latest version of which ever web browser you choose to use.

Hmmm, I didn't know there was such a thing as a hard refresh, Patzer.  I'll try it. :)  My Firefox cache has almost nothing in it and is the latest edition.  My IE7 cache is something I don't want to clear and I can't upgrade to IE8, anyway.  Even if I wanted to, which I don't, my work platform doesn't support IE8.

Okay, enough musing.  I'll try a hard refresh in Firefox. :)

Nope.  Didn't work.

I have found that the only moves available in this mode are the ones from the problem...check that you arent missing the computer's starter move...that was my problem.

edit: forgot to mention that this limitation annoys me to no end...anyone understand why it is there? Sometime's it'd be nice to work out the solution (to a problem you have already failed) on an analysis board rather than look at the source/analysis/

I still find nothing working.  The analysis board is available only once the problem has ended either well or with a wrong move; however, nothing on the analysis board will move -- forward to end, backward to end, forward one, backward one, or current.  It opens at the absolute beginning of the problem, before the computer's first move and stays there although I can depress the buttons. :(
