live games: you can't view them.
onlines games: go to game explorer and change the option from master games to other player games. then type in a player's name.

actually, you can see all of their games :)
two methods:
1. go to their profile, then click on My Online Games or My Live Chess. then you can see the games
2. go here and search for player and game type: http://www.chess.com/home/game_archive.html
